Just a general apology - I haven't yet managed to get my head round the way PMs work - everything I reply to seems to go to everyone, including me again. For some reason I don't notice who's in the Send to list. I will try harder.

That's probably due to sending or replying to a usergroup at large. For example, you might be replying to the usergroup for your own mission or to one of the "available for testing" usergroups. Just look above your message when you are writing it and you will see "To" and "BCC". If a usergroup is listed there just hit the "Remove" button. You can add users and groups using the box and list to the left of that.

That's assuming I actually remember to do all that!!!!!!!!

I'm just not used to receiving or replying to multiple bodies.
